Leadership
Itzik serves as the Head of Growth at ORCA, where he drives strategic initiatives to accelerate the company’s expansion. His leadership in this role is key to positioning ORCA for continued growth and success in the venture capital space.
In addition to his work at ORCA, Itzik serves as CFO of venture capital firms at SerVC, ensuring robust financial strategies and efficient management of resources to support the company’s ventures.
Itzik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Reichman University. His combined expertise in finance and growth strategy is integral to the ongoing success of both ORCA and SerVC.
Artem serves as the Chief Product Officer at ORCA, where he leads the development of innovative solutions for venture capital management. His vision and leadership are essential in driving the company’s product strategy, ensuring that ORCA continues to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
In addition to his work at ORCA, Artem serves as CFO at SerVC, where he oversees the financial operations and ensures the implementation of robust strategies to support the company’s ventures.
Artem holds an MA in Finance and brings over a decade of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects. His strong foundation in finance, combined with his leadership in product development, enables him to guide teams effectively and deliver exceptional products that meet market demands.
Meital is the CFO of SerVC and ORCA, where she is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of more than 80 venture capital funds. Her leadership ensures a strong financial strategy and operational efficiency, contributing to the continued growth and compliance of the company.
Before stepping into her current role, Meital served as a senior accountant at PwC, where she gained valuable experience in financial management and compliance. Her expertise is vital in driving financial performance and maintaining the highest standards across all of SerVC and ORCA's ventures.
Meital holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Bar-Ilan University, equipping her with the academic foundation and professional skills necessary to lead and shape the financial landscape of the company.
Shalom is the CEO and Founder of SerVC and Orca, where he oversees more than 80 venture capital firms managing over $10 billion in assets. Under his leadership, the companies have built a reputation for their strategic insights and strong presence in the venture capital space.
Prior to founding SerVC and Orca, Shalom served as CFO of Gemini Israel Ventures and worked as an accountant at KPMG. With a deep background in finance, Shalom’s expertise is instrumental in driving growth and fostering strong financial partnerships within the industry.
Shalom holds an MBA in Finance and Management for Accountants and is a licensed CPA. His diverse experience and leadership continue to shape the future of venture capital, positioning SerVC and Orca as key players in the industry.
